We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange for a new product.

• You may return a product within 30 calendar days of purchase to : Ward Family Foundation, 3551 Blairstone Rd., #128-217, Tallahassee, FL 32301
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and undamaged.
• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund, minus shipping fees, to the original payment method
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for credit card refunds to reflect on your statement.
• If the product is damaged or the return is initiated after 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
